Shaqra University
Fully automated procedures have been implemented across the department.
The procedures of the Follow-up and Rapid Achievement Department at the Minister of Finance’s Office have been automated. Previously, generating a single report used to take one day or more; now it can be completed in a short time of approximately 10 minutes.
Digital Transformation Plan Implementation Project
Project Scope
- Developing a Digital Transformation Project Management Office with a clear structure and the availability of essential resources.
- Implementing a project management methodology that defines policies and processes related to project management, including the use of specific templates (Project Charter, Project Scope, Project Implementation Timeline, Cost Plan, and periodic reports showing project progress and status).
- Developing the digital transformation strategic plan as well as the execution and operational plans.
- Developing the operating model for digital transformation management.
- Developing the digital transformation governance framework.
- Enhancing the level of digital transformation maturity compliance for the Authority according to the measurement standards set by the Digital Government Authority, through assessing the current level, building gap-closure plans, and improving the overall evaluation.
Digital Transformation Strategy Development and Measurement Index Enhancement

- Improving the level of digital transformation maturity compliance for the Council in line with the measurement standards of the Digital Government Authority, through assessing the current level, building gap-closure plans, and enhancing the overall evaluation.
- Developing the Council’s digital transformation strategy in alignment and harmony with national digital transformation strategies and best practices.
- Building a detailed and executable roadmap supported by technical, financial, and timeline specifications for digital transformation projects.
- Defining access controls for the project management team and other related departments through the use of a technical system.
- Operating the Digital Transformation Project Management Office, ensuring a clear organizational structure for the office, and guaranteeing the availability of necessary resources. Implementing an effective project management methodology, and establishing policies and processes for the office.
Providing Consulting Services to Support and Operate the Digital Transformation Office at the Financial Academy
Project Scope
- Operating the Digital Transformation Project Management Office, ensuring a clear organizational structure for the office, and guaranteeing the availability of necessary resources. Implementing an effective project management methodology, and establishing policies and processes for the office.

- Achieving integration in project management through collaboration and coordination with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
- Developing the Authority’s digital transformation strategy in alignment and harmony with national digital transformation strategies and best practices.

- Designing, implementing, and operating the Project Management Office (PMO).
- Designing and customizing the project management system, integrating and linking the system, and providing the necessary training for project managers and employees in alignment with the needs of Tabuk Municipality.
- Establishing the PMO, preparing methodologies and policies, and selecting a framework that ensures the use of tools and software supporting project management.
- Developing project monitoring performance indicators and linking them with the Municipality’s strategy.
